Can I change the address on my order?

If you've made a mistake with the address on your order, please place a new order with the correct details and contact us to cancel your old order#.

Orders are processed according to e-transfers received that match order number and amount.

If you have already submitted payment for an order with incorrect address information, please contact us to match your payment to the new order#. We are unable to change order information at this time.  

To sum up:  

Problem: Made a mistake with the address?  

Solution: Do not make payment yet.  Place a new order, submit payment with new order#; this is the one that will get processed.
