I already have a regular account, how do I apply for wholesale?

If you are already a current customer, please contact us to request an upgrade to a wholesale account.  Please provide as much supporting detail eg. Company info, website address, average order amount, intended use of products, etc.  We are currently only accepting applications from businesses that will be reselling our products.
