I sent wrong amount for e-transfer, what should I do?
If you happen to notice you sent the wrong dollar amount with your e-transfer, please cancel that e-transfer and send a new one.
Please note, once the e-transfer is initiated, your bank account will be debited and held by them until either the transfer is cancelled or we accept it. When cancelling an e-transfer, please allow some time for funds to be returned to your account.
