Why am I getting a $500 purchase limit at checkout?

To prevent fraud and protect our payment systems, customers are limited to $500 until the customer has spent over $1000. Once the customer has spent $1000 on our site, their spending limit per purchase increases to $1000.

After the customer has spent $2000 total, all time, purchase limits are removed and they can order any amount going forward. 

Please ensure you are logged in before checking out to not receive purchase limit notice. 

You can also check your purchase limit at any time in your account area under the tab "Purchase Limit".
